On The Goers – EOTG Stories

As we transform the entire lives of Our Clients, it’s difficult to put into neat packages what we do as it varies depending on what lifestyle Our Clients have when they come to us, and where they would like to get to. We have put together some of Our Clients’ stories so that you can get an idea of how we can help you too.

We work with Our Clients on a mix of their fitness regimes, nutritional habits, lifestyle choices, and mental states in order to help them get from wherever they are and on the road to where they want to be. This is what we mean by EVERYTHING On The Go, as getting Our Clients to have all of these things in alignment is what really makes them successful.

Read about some of Our Clients below, real stories of lives we have helped change, and if you are ready to get started book in for a consultation today.

Meet Sylvie:

Sylvie came to us as a sedentary office worker whose main source of fuel was coffee. Sound like someone you know? Read about her transformation below –

The Start – Sylvie was always busy, or so she thought. Never had the time to eat healthily or even to sit and eat properly. She ate at her desk, on the way to business meetings, often skipped meals and lived on coffee for most of her day. She knew nothing about nutrition apart from that she needed to fuel her body before she passed out. Her activity level was sedentary. Her only high-intensity training was rushing from one meeting to the next.

The Connect: Sylvie contacted the team about fitting a better nutritional diet into her lifestyle and beginning a fitness regime. Soon after the consultation, she was raring to get started. Her daily habits were taken into consideration and with the understanding that she had to start from scratch to have a better understanding of foods as well as knowing the basics for fitness. We built a plan for this with her and made sure she had tools in place to get started.

The Challenge: Saying you want to do something is one thing, actually doing it is another. Soon Sylvie became aware of that and found it difficult at first (of course, change is hard). With our motivational skills and accountability coaching sessions in place, we knew it wouldn’t be long before Sylvie started making small improvements, and she did. She started eating more than one meal a day, ensuring each meal was complete with both macros and micros. Her activity level went from sedentary to 2 workouts a week.

The Success: That wasn’t the end for Sylvie, as we continued working with her she upped her fitness regimen to 5 days a week (3 strength training days & 2 low impact classes). She now understands how nutrition and fitness go hand in hand. Her food choices align with her body’s goals. We still believe she can do better and have set new goals for her, we are excited to see her future and very proud to be a part of her new present! Read her testimonial below:

My experience with Delan has been nothing short of amazing! Since I began training 3 years ago, seeing Delan transform a vision to reality, growing this business to something of this calibre. This path can only be for someone with a gift. Following his philosophies of daily nutrition, I have seen enormous changes in my body. I feel more energized, happy and ready to take on a busy schedule. The OTG principles and training regimen have absolutely transformed the way I see my body and my approach to living a healthy lifestyle. You can trust that he sincerely loves what he does and wants to help you every step of the way in overcoming your obstacles and achieving your personal fitness goals.

Meet Quincy:

A 37-year-old male with a history of some success in fitness. He came to us feeling lost in more ways than one. Read on below to find out how we helped him find himself –

The Start: Quincy was a 37-year-old male, no kids, no partner, and no commitments when he came to us. He achieved some premature fitness goals and got comfortable. There was no challenge, he once said.

Stuck in a job that he didn’t enjoy anymore. The flame was gone. Quincy was at a crossroads in his life, unsure of which path to take in terms of his career and overall direction.

The Connection: Quincy was introduced to Everything OTG by a friend who had completed a life coaching phase with the OTG Team. After the routine consultation, an assessment was put in place which exposed Quincy’s weaknesses and vulnerabilities. A 6-week coaching course was assigned.

The Challenge: Quincy was tasked with setting meaningful goals, and breaking them down into actionable steps. Some proved harder than others, but with goals set and action plans in place, Quincy only needed a little push to undertake a  journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

The Success: The coaching sessions provided him with a safe and supportive space to explore his strengths, values, and passions. Quincy learned to reflect deeply on his life, uncovering his true purpose and a way of living that aligned with his values.

The positive impact of Everything On The Go on my life is one to be thankful for. Having someone keep you on top of your game is definitely worth the investment.  In 6 weeks, I managed to understand the aspects of my goals, breaking them down and accomplishing one at a time. Not only did I gain clarity about my career path, but I also found a sense of purpose that I’m happy to wake up to every day.

Meet *Linda:

She came to us through curiosity, not really needing our help, but being glad for it in the end:

The Start: We had this young lady who stumbled upon us out of curiosity. She showed some interest, although she already had a plan of her own, so we supported her at her own pace, we knew that we could provide some pointers to help her go further when she was ready.

We learned that she played sports at school and club levels and wanted to keep fit during the off-season.

The Connection: This young lady already had some templates of workouts and she would utilize them when training. We advised on different types of training regimes for the off-season as well as keeping a balanced diet. With the help of one of our coaches, we coached and guided her on how to stay in top shape during the off-season.

The Challenge: Some new habits were included in the regime. Examples include timekeeping, sufficient sleep, and giving 100% (working on techniques for keeping your mind in a place to give 100% as well). Understanding that maintenance is key even on vacation. We worked to push her to uncomfortable stages to get the best out of her, whilst ensuring mentally she could endure the challenge.

The Success: Even though her aim wasn’t to make it past the school/club level maintaining her figure through precise training methods was a goal, and she achieved this and more. Along with that, some life skills were learned that also improved other areas of her life.

I didn’t gel well in the beginning, too strict, body pains, the whole lot. I thought I knew what I was doing when working out so having a Personal Trainer wasn’t going to do me any help. As difficult as I was, the OTG Team didn’t give up, kept their approach and was adamant that I needed to change some of my life expectations. Fast forward to today, I’m referring all my friends to join Everything On The Go. Safe to say that I view the world from better angles now. Thank you!!!

Meet Charise:

Charise was already working out a few times a week when we met her, but struggling to improve her fitness regime beyond that given her work commitments. Read about how we helped Charise below:

The Start: When working in the healthcare industry, you have long days and nights. Maintaining your fitness regime can prove difficult.

Charise wanted to make that a priority and was determined to make it happen.

She would still hit the gym a few days a week.

The Connection: Charise didn’t have a workout in place for the times she could sneak a quick 30-minute session. This is where we came in and offered weekly workouts customized for her goals through our online app.

The Challenge: We needed to make sure Charise’s regime fit around her busy schedule, but also making sure that she could feel like she was a priority. Her work means a lot to her and really helps others, but we also had to make sure she knew that taking time away from that was OK. We also knew that some days would not run to plan, so needed to incorporate this as part of her unplanned plan. Lastly whilst she was dedicated to her job, she needed to put some accountability in place for herself.

The Success: We worked with Charise to put some SMART goals in place, whilst managing to stay realistic. We worked with her over time on being flexible, so that if things changed she could flex up her time well. We also made sure that she puts herself up on her own list of priorities as without her health, she would not be able to do the job she loves. Charise enjoys the app workouts, quick and effective use when she’s in for quick explosive sessions at the gym.

Everything OTG has been a game changer for me. It allows me to track my movement which is motivating for me all the time. Allows me to have consistent workout material at my fingertips no matter where I am. Workout combos that are consistent with my desired goals as well as instructions on how do to them correctly to avoid injury. The App is a “all things in one place” super tool for all your goals.
